Tell Us Your Story

We'll start with a friendly chat that serves as an in-depth consultation. We want to understand your family's unique dynamics, children's personalities and interests, daily routines, non-negotiables, and what you're looking for in a caregiver.

We Do the Research

We'll use our network of thoroughly vetted and experienced nannies, carefully combing through our pool of qualified candidates. We'll conduct initial interviews and background checks to narrow down the search, ensuring a tailored and seamless match. We're looking for someone with the right qualifications, personality, and values to seamlessly blend with your family.

Meet Your Potential Caregiver

We'll send you a curated selection of potential nannies who would be a great fit. We'll then help you schedule interviews at your convenience and provide you with helpful tips and questions to guide the conversation. This is your chance to get to know the candidates and see who connects with your family.

Finalize the Details

Once you've found "the one," we'll assist with the offer, contracts, and everything else for a smooth and happy transition. 

Our support doesn’t end after placement. We’re always available to answer questions and offer guidance.

Candidate Screening Process

We're quite selective about the nannies we represent. We understand that entrusting your children to someone is a huge decision, and we take that responsibility seriously. Our rigorous screening process goes far beyond a simple background check. We're looking for experienced, compassionate caregivers who are dedicated to children's well-being.

Here's what you can expect at the minimum: 

In-Depth Interviews

We conduct multiple interviews to thoroughly assess each candidate's qualifications, experience, and personality. 

Extensive Background Check

We conduct comprehensive background checks, including criminal history checks, to ensure your children's safety. 

Reference Check (1+ Years of Experience Minimum) 

We require at least two professional references to verify experience and gain insights into the candidate's childcare approach and character. We require a minimum of one year of professional childcare experience. 

Driving Record & MVR Check

We verify driving and motor vehicle records to provide safe transportation for your children as needed. 

CPR/First Aid Certification Verification 

We confirm that all our caregivers hold current CPR and First Aid certifications prior to starting a position, so you can have peace of mind knowing they're prepared for any situation.
