Application Process

Submit Your Application

Start by submitting your application. This is your chance to shine. Tell us about your childcare experience, qualifications, special skills (anything from infant care expertise to fluency in another language), and what you're looking for in a nanny position. We want to know you, including your passions, values, and what makes you a great caregiver.

Initial Screening & Interview

We'll review your application and contact you for a brief phone interview to discuss your qualifications and experience in more detail. If our initial chat feels like a good fit, we'll schedule a more in-depth interview either by video or in person. This conversation will focus on your childcare philosophy, career goals, specific skills and experience, and how you approach different childcare scenarios. It's a chance for us to understand your strengths and what makes you an exceptional nanny.

Family Matching

Based on your profile and our conversations, we'll present your qualifications to families who are looking for a nanny with your unique skills and experience. We'll then work closely with you to coordinate interviews with families that seem like a great match. We'll be your advocate and support you throughout the interview process.

Placement & Support

Once you've accepted a position, we'll be there to support you and the family through the transition. We can answer questions about contracts, offer guidance on building a strong working relationship, and provide ongoing support as needed.
